Note to the User:
Learners Manuals - (maintaining consistency & quality)
- The printing of Learners Manuals must be done using the Duplex - top to top or (double sided page) method.
- It is a requirement that all Learners Manuals are printed in full colour.
- These manuals must have a clear front cover & plastic or card board back cover then bound with a Black Plastic Ring Binder.
Work Books -
- The printing of Work Books must be done using the Duplex - top to top or (double sided page) method.
- It is a requirement that all Work Books are printed in full colour.
- These Work Books can be covered with a clear front cover & plastic or card board back cover then bound with a Red Plastic Ring Binder or Stapled together using a heavy duty stapler in the top left hand corner.
RPL Insert -
- The printing of RPL Inserts must be done using the Duplex - top to top or (double sided page) method.
- It is a requirement that all RPL Inserts are printed in full colour.
- These RPL Inserts are the place or position over the top of the matching Work Books, then the option to be covered with a clear front cover & plastic or card board back cover then bound with a Blue Plastic Ring Binder or Stapled together using a heavy duty stapler in the top left hand corner.
Course Details Book -
- The printing of Course Details Books must be done using the Duplex - top to top or (double sided page) method.
- It is a requirement that all Course Details Books are printed in full colour.
- These Course Details Books must have a clear front cover & plastic or card board back cover then bound with a White Plastic Ring Binder.
Note: All above mention documents printed by TRF RTO & associated organisations meet this requirement. If you come across or find any other version E.g. Black & White printed, stapled together, documents that don't meet the above requirements, report this to the RTO as this is clearly a Unauthorised Version.
